Founder & Fractional Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Jake Kotlyar helps B2B companies transform technology into a business accelerator—enhancing collaboration, streamlining operations, and improving decision-making. With over 25 years in financial services, technology, and SaaS, he specialises in modernising systems, building AI-driven strategies, and aligning operations for measurable impact.

Before founding Toy Lark Solutions, Jake held senior leadership roles at FIS and Bloomberg, generating over $ 200 million in new revenue and reducing operating costs by about $ 70 million through system modernisation and process automation. His background blends IT leadership, product management, and sales strategy, giving him a unique ability to optimise both revenue and efficiency. Jake holds an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
